I bought this product, but wasn't happy with it because I didn't believe it sharpened the knives to the standard I wanted. That is, to be able to shave the hairs on your arm and to be able to cut a piece of suspended paper. So my review reflected this. Andy, the boss, got in touch with me and after I outlined my issues, he said he was happy to take it back and give me a full refund. To be honest this was probably above and beyond what he was legally obligated to do. So what I'm saying is that the customer service here is par excellence. And that is worth a lot when you are dealing with an internet-based trading firm. Full marks for integrity and looking after their customer, even at their own expense.
