Important/Cleaning - Carbon Steel blades should be hand washed and thoroughly dried and oiled (we recommend vegetable oil) after use to prevent rusting. Carbon Steel blades should not be cleaned using a dishwasher. Victory Carbon Steel knives come with an epoxy coating, to remove this, wash with a solvent.
